π΄ Order Cancellation Policy
1. Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
- Customers must contact our support team immediately after placing the order.
- Once cancellation is approved, the full order amount will be refunded.
2. After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
- Customers may refer to our refund or return conditions (if applicable).
π Refund Policy
1. Eligible Cases for Refund
Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product damaged during transit
- Product missing from the package
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
with proper proof (images/videos).
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Items without original packaging or accessories
- Discounted or clearance sale items
- Customized or special-order products
3. Refund Process
- Refund requests are verified before approval.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7β10 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method only.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Refundable only if the error is from Rido Dropβs side.

Instead of a refund, we may offer:
- Replacement of the same product, or
- An alternative product (price difference adjusted)
Replacement decisions are subject to stock availability and verification.
